Continuous cycle six days a week

Situation of near saturation that pushes the group to constantly increase its production capacity by investing an average of 30 million per year. Strong growth in staff: + 400 employees in the three-year period

Growth that translates into an expansion of the workforce, which in three years has risen by 400 employees: now the group is at 2300, with half of the staff concentrated in Italy, the remainder at sites in Mexico, USA, China, Russia and Tunisia. A figure destined to rise by another hundred units when the new Bollate lines are fully operational. “The other interesting aspect of the investment concerns the transfer of technology – he adds – because for the first time we will bring to Italy a new production process, so far only present in Mexico and China”.

In a certain sense, Covid represented the turning point, definitively making electric propulsion take off. The theme, for us as for anyone who wants to work here, is that of speed ».
