BRUSSELS – From today the green light is official. The Italian Recovery Plan received the approval of the European Commission. Passed with full marks like all the other Pnrr. Ursula von der Leyen lands in Rome this morning to meet Mario Draghi and deliver him the “assessment” of the European executive. A ceremony that will take place between the Cinecittà film sets.
