The Government challenges the regional law on the stabilization of temporary workers

ROMA The Council of Ministers, on the proposal of the Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies Mariastella Gelmini, resolved to challenge the law of the Sicilian Region number 33 of 28 December 2020, containing “Changes to the budget of the Region for the financial year 2020 and for the three-year period 2020-2022. Changes to the rules on the stabilization of temporary staff “.

According to what is announced by Palazzo Chigi in the press release issued after the Cdm, the appeal was resolved “as the provisions are in contrast with the principle of annual budget and consequently article 81 of the Constitution”.
