MeglioQuesto SpA is listed on the Stock Exchange. The company operating in the multichannel customer experience sector announces that it has submitted to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to trading of its ordinary shares and related Financial Instruments on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana and dedicated to small and medium-sized companies with high potential.
The release by Borsa Italiana of the notice of admission to trading on AIM Italia is scheduled for 24 June 2021, while the start of trading on AIM Italia is scheduled for Monday 28 June 2021. Admission to negotiations will take place following the completion of an offer, addressed to qualified Italian and foreign institutional investors and concerning the subscription of Shares deriving from a specific capital increase.
The placement price of the Shares subject to the Offer was set at Euro 1.40 per Share, the maximum end of the defined price range. The free float following the capital increase will be equal to 21.13% (considering the possible exercise of the greenshoe option, entirely in capital increase, the free float will be 23.55%).
