Li Dongsheng introduced that the development level of China’s manufacturing is constantly improving, but under the background of the current profound adjustment of the world economic structure and the increasingly fierce international competition in the manufacturing industry, the development of China’s manufacturing industry is also facing many problems: First, China’s manufacturing is facing “front and back”. Li Dongsheng believes that although the globalization situation facing China’s manufacturing industry is more severe than before, it is still necessary for China’s manufacturing industry to adhere to the globalization strategy. Li Dongsheng put forward four suggestions for domestic enterprises to accelerate globalization and practice “dual circulation”:

First, increase the market share of Made in China in key links of the industrial chain, and improve the construction of the entire Made in China industrial chain. Secondly, the combination of “bringing in” and “going out” will improve the layout of China’s manufacturing industry chain. Third, actively carry out regional economic cooperation and promote the construction of a high-tech industrial chain mainly based on electronic information. Fourth, make full use of China’s huge market to help Chinese enterprises improve their industry status and international competitiveness, and deeply participate in the governance of the global intellectual property system.
