Unicredit would be planning to transfer most of the traders based in London to Milan, in line with the goal of number one, CEO Andrea Orcel, to bring more people to the Continent after Brexit, which has signed the UK exit from the European Union.

The rumors were reported by Bloomberg, which indicated that 50 employees of the London-based trading division would be asked to move to Milan.

Bloomberg also reported that UniCredit would be thinking of transferring other traders based in Munich to its Italian headquarters.
