Training

The new agreement provides for an expansion contract for contact centers based on the regeneration of skills, hiring in highly innovative roles, performance bonuses and the possibility of accessing voluntary early retirement. Upskilling and reskilling courses are planned for the 1,870 people in the contact centers, who will face an intensive skills retraining plan for a total of 1 million hours of training. At the same salary, an hourly reduction of 25% of the working time is foreseen, which will be entirely dedicated to strengthening the skills in managing the relationship with the customer and developing them for new roles essential to support corporate strategies.

Recruitments

The agreement reached provides for the hiring of at least 100 new workers to be sought within the new professional figures that the Tlc market requires. The hiring plan provides for 40 hires by March 31, 2022, 40 hires by September 30, 2022, and 20 hires by March 30, 2023.

Pension slide

The possibility will be given to all workers who will reach retirement by 31.12.2026 to make use of the isopension instrument for five years. This is a regulatory element made available to bargaining to encourage generational change in a sector strongly characterized by rapid technological evolutions and the constant demand for new and greater skills.
