Record overseas contract for Webuild. The Italian construction giant, together with its US subsidiary Lane Construction, has signed a $ 16 billion contract with Texas Central LCC to build the high-speed railroad between Dallas and Houston. 35% in the total construction backlog of the Group, representing the first single market for construction backlog. The contract is one of the most important signed in the United States in the infrastructure sector.
The Webuild stock reacted to the news with a jump of about 7% on the stock market above 2.20 euros.
