Wiit has signed agreements for the purchase of the activities today run by JBM Technology Deutschland with the commercial brand known as “Release 42”. The provisional overall price, to be adjusted on the basis of the net financial position and net working capital, for the two acquisitions was set at approximately € 77.7 million, determined on the basis of an overall enterprise value of approximately € 70.8 million. and an implicit multiple of approximately 7.9 times the aggregate Ebitda, before synergies.
