Another detail improvement of Windows 11 is that the sharing function has become better. Previously, applications such as the Edge browser had built-in sharing dialogs. Now this mechanism has been greatly improved in Windows 11.
The interface of the sharing dialog has been updated, and now users can easily find available applications or settings in the sharing area. For example, when you use the mail application, you can connect to multiple Outlook and Gmail accounts, and you can easily find the top entry of your contacts so that you can send yourself an email.
Previously, the sharing dialog was exclusive to UWP applications and Microsoft’s built-in applications. In Windows 11, Microsoft allows all Win32 applications to call related interfaces.
