To achieve these objectives, the Academy has organized a web platform with «ten Gyms, real gyms in which to train one’s skills. The training courses ensure professional preparation and include credit, digital marketing, innovation and technology, managerial skills, marketing, sales, risk and compliance, onboarding, occupational health and safety, personal effectiveness ». The sector has ample room for growth. According to the Cerved survey, «only 54 percent of the companies interviewed carry out non-compulsory training activities, with lower percentages among small-medium enterprises and higher among large companies (70%). Over 60% of the sample experimented with e-learning training channels, but only 8% use digital platforms as their only training tool. Traditional training is mainly aimed at new hires, while e-learning is mainly aimed at intermediate employees and managers, especially in companies in the tertiary sector ».
