MILANO – There has been cyclical talk in various parts of the world – from Spain to Iceland, via Unilever in New Zelada – of cutting the working week from five to four days. Experimental initiatives have also been adopted in this sense, but so far we have never left the test environment. Now, after the feast of smart working and the digital acceleration you arrive with the pandemic, when the topic returns to the table it seems that we are really facing a possible turning point in a structural way, not only in a “test” environment.
