Working four days a week: Belgium is studying time compression

MILANO – There has been cyclical talk in various parts of the world – from Spain to Iceland, via Unilever in New Zelada – of cutting the working week from five to four days. Experimental initiatives have also been adopted in this sense, but so far we have never left the test environment.
