The company jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement to support the company’s transformation and development. According to the relevant agreement, Huarong Assets intends to establish cooperation entities with Nantong Affordable Housing Construction Investment Co., Ltd. through limited partnership, fund, etc. The relevant entities will cooperate with Nantong Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Haisheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. in an 18:1 ratio. : 1 ratio, to carry out business for the company and other entities of Zhongnan Holdings to resume work and production, mergers and acquisitions of high-quality projects, and revitalize social and capital cooperation projects, and jointly support the transformation and development of Zhongnan Holdings.
