This year, with the theme of “Re-Think Asia”, it will present more than 20 levels of cultural and art online programme. The online opening concert “Want to Move” will begin at 7pm on the 27th. Conductor Xie Jiande will lead the Canadian Taiwan Cultural Festival Symphony Orchestra to perform works by Beethoven and Dvorak, and bring the Taiwan Indie Orchestra to take pictures of Xie Shonen’s composition. “The Time Takes Care of the Righteous” and Arirang, a traditional Korean song.
The Canadian Taiwan Cultural Festival, supported by the Ministry of Culture’s “Taiwan Cultural Spot Project”, attracts tens of thousands of people every year.
