Singaporean artist Leon Jay Williams has joined Mediacorp’s artist management arm, The Celebrity Agency (TCA).
“Leon is an established regional artist with a strong following in the Chinese market, and we welcome him and his family to Singapore,” TCA President Ivy Low said in a statement released on Thursday (March 3). The 45-year-old started his modeling career at the age of 17. In 2001, he was crowned the man of the world before venturing abroad to start his acting career. He has starred in TV shows like La Robe De Mariee Des Cieux, Green Forest, My Home, and films like Almost Perfect, Eternal Love and Doomed.
After a successful career in China and Taiwan, Williams made her domestic debut in the 2016 comedy film “Lulu.”
Williams, of British, German, Japanese and Chinese ancestry, He said in a statement: “Mediacorp has international connections, so it was an ideal fit for me. The time to explore new markets at work couldn’t be better.”

TCA and its talent management partner Bohemia Group will manage Williams’ entertainment opportunities around the world.
TCA’s Low explained that the agency works hard to expand and diversify its group of artists, while also supporting their artists “through different stages of their careers.”
