Albenga in mourning, the lawyer Cosimo Costa has died

The city of Albenga loses an illustrious figure: the lawyer Cosimo Costa, 93 years old, president of the International Institute of Ligurian Studies, former municipal councilor from 1956 to 1975, has died.
