It is reported that the seaside version of the Chinese stage play “Frankenstein” co-produced by Damai “Of course there is a play” and Beijing Ozgewei Culture Communication Co., Ltd. will appear at the festival as a special invited play. The show is based on Mary Shelley’s science fiction novel of the same name. This year, Damai Mailive’s “Of course there is a play” will work with Beijing Ozgewei Culture Communication Co., Ltd. to jointly create the first Chinese version of the NT version of the play, and use the British National Theatre version of the script, adapted by the famous British playwright Nick Dill, It is co-directed by the famous British director Dominic Dromgur and Chinese director Li Ren.

As one of the six major plays of the 2022 Anaya Theatre Festival, the first to meet the audience this time is the seaside version of the Chinese stage play “Frankenstein”. The play will be shown at the Anaya Lonely Outside Theater from June 16th to 18th, with a total of 3 performances.
