Although Cui Minzhi played a genius mathematician in “The Strange Mathematician”, he admitted that he gave up mathematics when he was a student, he said: “I gave up mathematics very early, I felt that as long as I could add, subtract, multiply and divide I can survive. When interpreting the role of ‘mathematical genius’, I felt that the lines were difficult, so I often shouted ‘what the hell are you talking about’ and ran to ask the director, but the director also said he didn’t know!”
The director also revealed that he is a “shufangjia” (a mathematician), but in the process of filming this work, he also felt that mathematics is an interesting knowledge, which is closely related to everyone’s life. And Cui Minzhi also revealed: “When playing this role, I remembered the memory of being scolded by the math teacher when I was a student. When I met these numbers again, I was very happy, but my mood was a little subtle!”
In addition, Park Bing-yin (the name has been rectified by the Korean side, the former translation: Park Bing-eun), has shown delicate and diverse works in “This Life is the First Time”, “Eternal Life”, “Blood Siege 88 Days”, “Corpse Battle in Korea” and other works.
