From March 15, Twitter reopens its offices around the world after more than two years of pandemic and makes the option of working remotely permanent. “Wherever you feel more productive and creative – CEO Parag Agrawal told employees – is where you will work and this also includes working full-time remotely forever”. While leaving the choice of workplace to the individual employee, Agrawal suggests returning to the office in order to nurture a vibrant corporate culture. Furthermore, with working from home, the distribution of tasks becomes more difficult.
The reopening of the Google offices is also near. The employees will return in early April and with the option to work from home two days a week.
