MODENA – Fascinating synthesis of design, performance, avant-garde and vision, Emilian cars are one of the most recognizable expressions of excellence of our peninsula and the return of the Motor Valley Fest (from 1st to 4th July) in Modena and neighboring territories, promises to celebrate past successes, current models and future projects of a motoring epic without equal or comparison in the modern history of mankind. The treasures along the Via Emilia are in fact unique from several perspectives and starting from the density of cult productions in relation to the size of the territory, no geographical area in the world can boast such a concentration of highly specialized and exclusive companies such as Maserati, Lamborghini, Pagani, Ducati, Ferrari and Dallara. The narrative of the event is therefore inseparable from the history of the manufacturers who have given planetary fame to the land in which they operate but as a passion for engines commands, the event will offer enthusiasts the opportunity to listen closely to the beat and sounds of Italian sports like the Maserati. In addition to the acoustics of the Nettuno engine, Pagani and Alpine shows are scheduled in the arena of the event set up at the Novi Sad Park and, again in the performance theme, the other places involved are the slopes of Modena and Varano. The Motor Valley Fest program is divided into three days full of events (both digital and in presence), retrospectives, tributes and the now inevitable debates dedicated to the future of the automobile species. Among the most important institutional events, the Motor Valley Top Table stands out, made up of Domenicali (CEO of Ducati), Horacio Pagani (founder of Pagani Automobili), Enrico Galliera (Ferrari sales manager), Andrea Pontremoli (ad Dallara), Francesco Tonon (Maserati production manager ) and Stephan Winkelmann (Ceo Lamborghini).
From the round tables to the architecture of the historic center of Modena, the step is short, however, because the evocative Piazza Grande in Modena is the location chosen by Pagani to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Huayra, present the new Huayra R and exhibit the three examples of the special edition of Tricolore alongside the “Auto d’Autore” exhibition in which the founder Horacio Pagani talks about his design idea. The Maserati diary – which will have the Ghibli Hybrid on display in the courtyard of the Military Academy (venue for the gala dinner scheduled for 1 July) and two MC20s with different colors in Piazza Roma – will deal with electrified mobility, heritage, style and social changes inherent in consumer habits. Finally, among the events located in the urban fabric stand out “Remembering Simoncelli” (photographic exhibition dedicated to the pilot in the church of San Nicolò), the tribute to Schedoni at the Chiesa del voto, the contest of elegance “Cavallino Classic” and the always awaited parade that Friday 2 July, will see the inestimable heritage of Emilian cars parade from the curves of the racetrack to the architectural suggestions of the city center.
