François-Xavier Fenart leaves the role of CEO of L’Oréal Italy. In his place comes Emmanuel Goulin, general manager of the Luxury division in Italy. He has already initiated a series of changes focused on value creation, simplification and cross-functional collaboration, with already tangible results.
Goulin and Fenart will begin the handover in June and Goulin will be in full office from 1 July, while François-Xavier Fenart will continue to support him as a director until the end of September.
