The designer brand HELIOT EMIL, led by the Copenhagen brothers Julius and Victor Juul from Denmark, presented its 2022 spring and summer series “Permanent Metamorphosis” at Paris Fashion Week, continuing to embody the brand’s exploration of form and function.
The series continues the typical color palette of HELIOT EMIL, using black, gray, silver, white and brown gray to inject into the single product. As a designer of the brand, Julius Juul not only experimented with clothing structure, but also experimented with “utilitarianism”, which is reflected in the custom fabrics used by the brand, such as the brand’s iconic liquid metal fabric. The new series also showcases tailor-made clothing and casual suits. Customized clothing includes suit jackets and suit pants, combining asymmetric design and deconstruction elements on the single product, and then matching the brand’s iconic silver carabiner and belt. Accessories serve as embellishments and decorate the outline.
Items featuring street styles include clothing made of nylon, leather, cotton and branded metallic liquid fabrics, including short cut tops, wide knitted sweaters, windbreaker jackets, and pants with mottled details. In addition, in terms of accessories, Crochet Balaclavas, leather bags decorated with hardware details and a series of leather shoes with strong brand styles were launched.
