As the 25th film work of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it belongs to the fourth stage of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Shangqi is a fictional character, usually called “Kung Fu Master”, who is good at various weapons or non-weapon equipment, especially sticks, nunchakus and swords.
“Shangqi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” tells the story of Shangqi (played by Liu Simu) who received iron-blooded combat training from his father Wenwu (played by Tony Leung) from an early age and is proficient in various martial arts moves. In order to escape from his hometown when he grew up, he changed his name and changed his surname to start a new life, met his new best friend Katie (played by Okafina), and spent ten years in peace, until he came back again in the past… Can Shangqi discover ten? “Shangqi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” will be released in North America on September 3, and the domestic release has not yet been confirmed. The film is the first Chinese superhero movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
