Between the desire to restart after Covid and fears about the progress of the conflict in Ukraine, the 102 edition of Pitti Uomo is at the starting blocks. The 28-page Men’s Fashion Special which will be on newsstands on June 14 with Il Sole 24 Ore, coinciding with the start of the event, is dedicated to menswear and the challenges it faces – including digital and sustainability.
The clothing and accessories collections for spring-summer 2023 will be presented in Florence and it is an edition that returns (almost) to pre-pandemic levels in terms of number of exhibitors and expected visitors. In the Special you will find showcases of the novelties for next year’s summer season, alongside insights into the strategies and visions of a selection of exhibitors.
There is also space for what brands and companies will propose for the autumn-winter 22-23 season, already presented in the fashion weeks and at Pitti in January. There is no shortage of current trends, with four pages edited by the How to Spend It magazine, which take their cue from the collections for the season we are experiencing, spring-summer 2022.
UThe focus is also dedicated to new products in men’s cosmetics, a sector in strong growth both for face and body care products and for perfumes.
