The air of Milan still smells: from 15 to 18 June, in fact, Esxence – The Art Perfumery Event took place at MiCo, the reference event for artistic perfumery worldwide, now in its twelfth edition, together with Experience Lab, event dedicated to the cosmetics of independent brands.

Artistic perfumery and research: the DNA of events

The event, a showcase of author production, welcomed the international community of operators and enthusiasts in the name of the most authentic and refined olfactory culture. Numerous novelties of this edition, starting from the large participation of the brands, which were more than 260, some of which were new entries, from Japan, Australia, Argentina, Hungary, Hong Kong. Esxence has therefore confirmed Milan as the reference city in this sector.

“We were very pleased to be able to present the twelfth edition of Esxence, after the forced pause of the pandemic – says Silvio Levi, co-founder of the event and director of the Essencional Study Center – because it has confirmed for the umpteenth time the extreme vitality of the sector. We are witnessing a real renaissance for artistic perfumery, with a considerable increase in the brands that have asked to participate. In recent years, attention has also been drawn to the importance of the sense of smell and people have rediscovered its fundamental role in the daily life of individual well-being “.

Experience Lab, despite being only in its second edition, has already become the reference event in Italy for the excellence of research beauty: it is in fact the first Italian event that connects unique brands, selected on the basis of their excellence in the niche. of reference, with operators in the international perfumery and beauty sector.

The international focus attracts over 9 thousand visitors

To establish the centrality of the two events in the world of artistic perfumery (and beauty), the ribbon cutting shared with the president of Cosmetica Italia, the director of Cosmoprof, the director of the Promotion Coordination of Made in Italy of the Italian Trade Agency: the consecration of the role of Esxence and Experience Lab in the research, selection and offer of opportunities to brands that feed the entire supply chain of the beauty world.
