The other day, I went to kickboxing for the first time in a while!

My physical strength has decreased more than I expected, and I’m already exhausted.

I try to do muscle training two to three days a week, so I wasn’t worried about muscle pain, but the next morning, my body was sore.

My muscles in both my lower body and upper body are so sore that I have a hard time even getting out of bed.

I was shocked at how my body deteriorated (lol).

In addition to muscle training, I also go to a kickboxing gym and work hard to get into a great body!
