It is a special recognition, called precisely “from father to son”, which serves to enhance the culture of Italian companies, in which the same activity has passed from one generation to another successfully. It was established eleven years ago by Credit Suisse and KpMG with the scientific participation of Liuc Business School, to reward at least the second generations of Italian business families who have successfully coped with the passing of the baton.

Simone Zerbinati is at the helm of the casalese company, leader for more than 50 years in the field of fresh ready meals and fresh vegetables ready for consumption. He is in the third generation of the family. Assisted in the group by his brothers, Gianluca and Valentina, he has traveled a path already marked by Giorgio Zerbinati and his wife Maria Luisa, who have transmitted to young people the working traditions of the family, bringing innovation and entrepreneurship.

The company that is located in the industrial area of the city, born in the nearby municipality of Borgo San Martino and via va expanded on the territory, has strong ties with Monferrato.
