The award is awarded by measuring the performance of the dealerships on four indicators: sales results, after sales, financial product penetration and customer satisfaction. The Japanese Nissan won thanks to a total market share in sales of 3.1%, higher than the Italian average of 60% and a 3.5% share in the private channel, 80% higher than the Italian average. After sales, the turnover of spare parts per unit of vehicle fleet exceeded the Italian average by 3%. Financial products were combined with almost 9 out of 10 cars sold, with a penetration rate that exceeds the Italian average by 20%. Finally, sales and after-sales customers declare themselves “totally satisfied” at 99% and 95% respectively.
