Omegna’s “Artists for Afghanistan” donate 4,000 euros to Emergency

While news of new horrors arrives from Afghanistan, there are those who continue to keep hope alive by relying on art and culture. This is what the owners of the 9090 Canottieri restaurant in Omegna, Andrea Alessi and Daniele Berio did, together with Jonaki Biswas, who called a group of artists asking them to create works using the profile of the Asian country: the paintings were then auctioned during a sold out dinner.
