The four organizers signed the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Art Film Alliance” Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. In addition to hosting screening activities, the alliance will also guide the public to enhance their aesthetics, nourish their hearts, and promote cultural activities through forums, creative exchanges, and exhibitions.
