The super green pass is here: from skiing to cinema, theater, transport. Here’s what changes since Monday

by admin

The super green pass debuts on Monday 6 December, which can only be obtained if recovered from Covid and vaccinated for less than nine months. The “normal” green pass, the one you get even with a negative pad, will in fact only be used to go to work.

Here’s what changes, sector by sector.

Sci

Super green pass or normal green pass? From December 6th, color will make the difference. In the white and yellow area you will need the traditional certificate to access the lifts, in orange only those who are vaccinated will ski. In the red zone, on the other hand, the presences ceiling that was assumed when the go-ahead for skiing was still expected from the Government disappears. Now it is decided: in that case the tracks are closed. While the managers are still waiting to understand how to carry out the checks. And in the meantime they organize themselves with the staff at home: “At Entracque we will sample filtering,” says the manager Roberto Gosso, also president of Cuneo Neve.

Local transport

At school with the green pass. And those of the students who do not have a green certificate will have to swab to get on the school buses. “From December 6, in fact, mobility changes on all means of regional, interregional and local public transport” confirm from the Granda Bus Consortium. If you are traveling on a bus you will need to have at least a negative result of a tampon with you. A measure that had not been introduced up to now due to the difficulty of the checks that will be carried out on a random basis. It involves children aged 12 and over: children, of course, are excluded.

Hotel

Here comes the squeeze on hotels. Last weekend, next, to access hotels without restrictions. From Monday everything changes. With the introduction of new obligations for hotel hospitality: even in the white area it will be necessary to show the basic green pass and therefore have a molecular or antigenic swab with negative results. Inside the structures, the basic certificate will be needed to access the restaurants (which, however, was already provided for guests who were not staying in the structure) and in the internal areas: in the swimming pools, gyms, wellness centers and changing rooms. The same crackdown on the traditional green pass also comes into force for farmhouses.

Bars and restaurants

The squeeze is only on the drinks at the table. Whether it’s a bar or a restaurant, you only sit indoors if you are vaccinated. So with the super green pass: the buffer is no longer enough. And for drinks at the counter? A cup of coffee and a quick brioche are safe. «Nothing changes compared to before – confirms the director of Confcommercio Cuneo Marco Manfrinato. Those who consume at the counter and leave, without sitting down, will not be obliged to show any certificate ». And, in the white area, nothing changes even for the number of diners at the table: there is no limit, if not the classic distance meter. Corporate Christmas dinners, at least for the vaccinated, are ready to go.

Cinema, theaters, culture

A few more days, then the places of culture and leisure will close their doors to the unvaccinated. Cinemas, theaters, concert halls: the Verification 19 app with which club managers are required to check the certification of customers from Monday will turn on the green light only for those with the super pass: the negative result of a swab will no longer be enough antigenic or molecular. «But for us it changes little – comments Paolo Negro, manager of Bertola di Mondovì -. It has the merit of making our rooms safer, of course, but the problem is attendance. We have lost 70% of the proceeds. And we have only recovered one in four customers: we are too far from normal. And this is the real drama of the sector ».

Swimming pools, gyms

To date, access to gyms and swimming pools is not precluded to those who are not vaccinated. To train, all you need is a valid green pass, also issued following a negative swab taken 48 or 72 hours earlier. This rule applies to both the white and yellow zones, and it will be the same with the entry into force of the new decree. In fact, gyms and swimming pools are not included in the list of activities for which the super green pass is required from 6 December to 15 January. Which will become essential for training indoors only in the orange zone.
