The world of culture and music is in mourning for the death of Angelo Gilardino. The guitarist and composer had turned 80 in November and on the occasion of that anniversary his country of origin, Asigliano, had made him a big party. It was the last public appearance of the master from Vercelli, in a life full of rewards and satisfactions. He was considered the heir of Segovia and passed on his gift to many of his pupils.
