The maison’s haute couture show – a project with the evocative title Valentino des Ateliers – will take place on the evening of July 15 at the Gaggiandre of the Arsenale (in the photo), one of the magical and unexpected corners of the city: shipyard of ancient construction overlooking the lagoon, as well as the main exhibition site of the Venice Biennale. Industry, interdisciplinarity, openness are the values that immediately come to mind.
Is exactly the link with the art world to have acted as a glue, in accordance with the desire of the creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli to give the Valentino maison greater depth, interacting with other disciplines. At the moment nothing more is revealed, except that, to minimize its impact, the show will only count on the scenography naturally offered by the place. Consciousness, therefore, and creativity.
