14 projects between Palermo and the province

There are 14 projects for the redevelopment or construction of new gyms in the schools of Palermo and the province as part of the resources made available to the Pnrr, the national recovery and resilience plan. Looking at all of Sicily, over 38 million are financed, 42 municipalities, 2 metropolitan cities (Catania and Messina) and 5 free consortia involved.

In addition to the funding for the new gyms announced in recent days by Undersecretary for Education Barbara Floridia, senator of the M5S, there are also those (almost 19 million) relating to the safety of the sports facilities of the schools of the Municipalities and of the former provinces, which bring the total of the sums that will arrive in Sicily, in fact, to 38 million and a half.

“The funding – reads a note from the M5s to the Ars – landed on the island thanks to the commitment of the undersecretary who fought to get conspicuous resources made available by the Pnrr, the national recovery and resilience plan that provides for the construction of new buildings and the efficiency of existing ones “. The two rankings (new constructions and safety measures) relate to the Municipalities and the former regional provinces that participated in the ‘Futura, the school for Italy of tomorrow’, issued by the Ministry of Education.
