“15 minutes with …” resumes, a medical broadcast on the web by Aou and L’Unione Sarda

On Tuesday “15 minutes with …”, the in-depth format of the University Hospital of Cagliari, which will be broadcast live every Tuesday at 5 pm on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, but will also be broadcast on Linkedin, Twitter and on the website www.aoucagliari.it, with interviews with specialists on the most important health issues. In the new season the Aou will have an exceptional partner: the Unione Sarda, the main publishing group in Sardinia, will broadcast the episodes through its social channels and the website www.unionesarda.it, with in-depth information on the insert “Health” of the newspaper.

The column conducted by Fabrizio Meloni, Head of Communication and External Relations, is edited by Aou Cagliari News, the newspaper of the university hospital. Agile and simple format, it includes 15 minutes of question and answer with the specialists and the possibility for the public to ask questions live. Once a month the column doubles and becomes “15 minutes + 15 with…”, addressing health issues on a wider range.

The first episode, Tuesday 14th, will be entirely dedicated to breast cancer and will have as guests Viviana Galimberti, director of the Breast Division of the Ieo (European Institute of Oncology) in Milan, Pietro Giorgio Calò, director of the Polispecialistic General Surgery of the Duilio Casula Polyclinic , and Massimo Dessena, breast surgeon at Businco in Cagliari.

The Unione Sarda, explains the general manager Lia Serreli, «is very attentive to the needs of readers. The pandemic has shown how important it is to make correct health communication to give an ever better service to citizens ».
