The next exercise foresees the position of the classic “boat”. You lie on your back by raising and extending your arms and legs and lifting the back of your neck. 5 repetitions of 15 seconds each are performed, with another 15 seconds of recovery between each.

Finally we propose a russian twist. You start sitting with your knees bent. We lean on the heels and tilt the back slightly backwards.
