  • Apple cider vinegar and honey: Mixing a cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of honey produces a compound that reduces inflammation. Then, just dip a clean cloth in this mixture and apply it to the joint in question, leaving it to act for 15 minutes. It is recommended to repeat the treatment twice a day to get relief;
  • massage with essential oils: mint oil and coconut oil are particularly effective for soothing pain and inflammation. So, just apply a few drops of the product on the affected area and massage for a few minutes. Also in this case, it is recommended to repeat the treatment at least 2 times a day;
