HIGH MANTOVANO. New hearing in the trial of Darix Argentini, 53 year old from Castiglione delle Stiviere, and Sandro Perini, 47 year old from Acquanegra, accused of alleged sexual acts that took place between 2011 and 2012 against a karate athlete at the time a minor. The former girl, now 24, would have been psychologically subjugated by her teacher of oriental disciplines Carmelo Cipriani, from Lonato del Garda.
Cyprian has already been definitively sentenced to nine years and two months for abusing some underage students at the gym he owned.
The same teacher would have induced the girl to submit to a threesome, denied by the defendants, with Argentini and Perini, parents of girls from the karate center. Argentini, however, admitted the girl’s groping. In the courtroom he told of having been taken by Cipriano to the infirmary, where the girl was, who at the time of the events was 13 or 14 years old. “I touched it, but then I was ashamed and ran away.”
Also heard the testimony of the former of Perini. Who said she discovered a Facebook chat with explicit photos and messages, but was unable to identify the girl. Only later did she realize it was her.
The woman would have written to her, and the young woman would have replied that she was in agreement: “I didn’t believe it, but Cipriano asked me not to report in order not to create problems in the gym.”
