AcademyQue, digital Business School between human skills and artificial intelligence

by admin

A recent survey by Excelsior Unioncamere show how the need for digital professions in Italy amounts to about 23,200 units. And on the resource side, it highlights a lack of sufficiently prepared profiles. It is therefore necessary to fill this gap, on the one hand to accelerate the country’s digital development, and on the other to offer new opportunities to young people entering the world of work.

It is with this goal that the innovative startup was born AcademyQue, founded by Andrea Ciofani, in collaboration with the Web & Digital Marketing agency Gaudibilia and the Radar Consulting company. The digital Business School offers courses from 4 to 6 months, usable in blended mode, mixing training in live streaming, workshops and webinars on demand. The e-learning platform has a machine learning algorithm, which makes it possible to identify the areas for improvement of the students, through a series of psycho-aptitude quizzes, developed by the clinical psychologist Fabio Montebruno. From the union between the human approach and artificial intelligence, a model is born that is able to identify the professional skills to improve and guide the candidate towards the professional path most suited to him.

The AcademyQue offer, which kicks off in April, is divided into Master e Micromaster, intensive training courses designed to deepen specific digital or technological skills. No certificates of attendance at the end of the courses, replaced by OBI – Open Budges Infrastructure, certified by the open technological standard, defined by the Mozilla Foundation, able to promptly certify the skills acquired by the candidate.
