AIDS, towards a vaccine: good results from the first phase of the trial

We discovered Sars-CoV-2 at the end of 2019, and just a year later we had the first vaccines against the coronavirus. But the pandemic was an exceptional case: the technology that allowed us to have them was already mature and enormous economic and research efforts were put together as never before. In other areas, with other viruses, we have not had the same results.
