About a year and a half of health emergency from covid-19. A growing demand for medical personnel. The desire to help others. Probably there is also the hand of the coronavirus, in addition to the activation of the new degree course of Medicine in Forlì and Ravenna, on the strong increase in interest in medical disciplines. They indicated Alma Mater as the first choice in 5333 for Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry (last year it was 4464); in 1576 for Medicine in English (last year they were 1416); in 996 Veterinary Medicine (last year there were 807). As for the health professions, they chose to compete for a place at the University of Bologna in 2622 (last year they were 2511).
There are 249 applications for the degree course in Architecture-Engineering (last year there were 257), while, to date, 679 are enrolled in the primary education science test (registration closes on 8 September). The admission test for Veterinary Medicine will take place on 1st September, and on 3rd September for Medicine and Surgery and Dentistry; on 6 September it will be the turn of Architecture; September 9 of Medicine in English (Imat). On September 14 there will be the test for the health professions; on 17 September that of Primary Education Sciences. As regards the three-year courses with a limited number at local level, the date-to-date comparison compared to last year recorded an increase of 19% in the number of applications presented.
