The thermal conductivity marked on the official website of Apex thermal paste is 17 W/mK. The nominal performance provided by the official is quite high, which is worth looking forward to. The main component of Apex uses nano-powder with extremely low thermal resistance to greatly improve the thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity of mK rapidly removes heat from the wafer, thereby rapidly cooling the heat generating sources, thereby extending their durability and increasing their stability.
At present, the Alphacool APEX thermal paste is expected to be on the Alphacool official store on June 16, 2002. Currently, only 4g capacity is expected to be launched, and the price part has not yet come out.
