Amalia Bruni, leader of the opposition in the Regional Council does not hide his happiness for the new Faculty of Medicine and digital technologies inaugurated at the Unical of Cosenza: “A huge satisfaction for all Calabrians the inauguration of this new discipline – says Bruni without referring to the fact that the course is held with the Umg of Catanzaro. It is a historical event that we have been waiting for for many years and I believe that at the moment of its realization the first thanks must go to Professor Sebastiano Andò who was the first to dream of it.
It is an important recognition that makes us understand how our universities can compete on an equal footing with those of the rest of Italy, it is no coincidence that young people with excellent training come out of our universities who immediately find work in other regions.
A project that is being carried out and which sees two areas of excellence of the University as protagonists, the biomedical one on the one hand and the engineering-IT-technological one on the other. A prestigious result that will allow us to raise the already excellent educational offer of our universities even more.
