InnerSolth recently announced that the revision update in early July next week will implement a new task, Vent Cleaning. As the name implies, players who receive instructions must clean the vents. As for the safety of the vents, it depends on the liar ( Imposter) action.
According to the official explanation, when the player is performing the task of cleaning the vent, the liar will not be able to enter and exit from the vent. However, if the liar has already settled in the vent, the player will pick out the liar inside.
we’ll be releasing a bunch of bug fixes on July 7 that’ll also feature a new ????VENT CLEANING TASK????
– cleaning the vent will prevent impostors from using it
– if someone is already in the vent and you start cleaning it, it’ll boot them out. surprise?!here’s a lil’ teaser! pic.twitter.com/zKl8WNaU2c

Then the player died.(Imposter: Surprise! MDFK)
Of course, if a player is clearing the vents, the crooks can still enter and exit from other vents, which basically adds excitement to the game.
If you are curious about what else will change in “Among Us”, InnerSolth announced in early June that it will install the fifth map, hide-and-seek mode, and role-playing. The concept of the new model obviously comes from the idea of the community, but at this stage, there is no timetable for the following revisions.
In addition, Epic Games launched “Among Us” on the EGS platform for a limited time at the end of May. InnerSolth recently revealed that more than 15 million players received the game in that week alone.
Every time a player receives a game, Epic Games has to pay the developer/publisher a certain amount of money. In other words, InnerSolth Studios gets a huge amount of revenue from Epic Games, which I believe will be more helpful to the future update and development of the game .
Fun fact! During the free week on @EpicGames (May 27 – June 3)…
✨OVER 15 MILLION COPIES✨ of @AmongUsGame were claimed!!
Welcome to the crew and thank you for downloading and playing. We’re blown away! ???????? pic.twitter.com/IF5vwMSxro
