It took a while, but finally—Ubisoft announced today that Assassin’s Creed: Ezio Collection will be available on Nintendo Switch on February 17.
Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection includes Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, plus Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines and Assassin’s Creed: Embers A wonderful short film. Players will have the opportunity to become Ezio Auditore, the famous Master Assassin in the Assassin’s Creed series. Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection invites all fans to discover or rediscover the three masterpieces of the Assassin’s Creed series on the Nintendo Switch console and enjoy the experience of offline play anytime, anywhere.
This release bundle includes enhancements specifically designed for the Nintendo Switch system, including handheld mode, HD vibration, a touchscreen interface, and an optimized head-up display.
Assassin’s Creed: The Ezio Collection includes:
“Assassin’s Creed 2”: In this work, the player will play Ezio. Ezio, a rookie Assassin in Renaissance Italy (including Florence and Venice), inherited the deadly blood of his ancestors. Players will hone their combat skills while confronting epic tales of power and corruption, wielding weapons and tools designed by the legendary Leonardo da Vinci himself. All single-player expansions are playable in the single-player campaign.
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood: Players will take on the role of Ezio in an ongoing struggle against the mighty Templars. He must come to Rome, the greatest city in Italy, the heart of power, greed and corruption. Ezio needed not only strength, but leadership, and he commanded the entire Brotherhood to fight alongside him, and it was only through concerted effort that the Assassins could defeat their nemesis. All single-player expansions are playable in the single-player campaign.
Assassin’s Creed: Revelations: In this game, Ezio must leave his life to find answers. Follow in the footsteps of legendary mentor Altaïr on a journey of discovery and revelation. This treacherous road would take Ezio to Constantinople, the heart of the Ottoman Empire, where a growing Templar force threatened to subvert the region. All single-player expansions are playable in the single-player campaign.
Two additional Ezio-related short films; in addition to the fun games, this compilation also includes two short films[Assassin’s Creed: Bloodlines]and[Assassin’s Creed: Embers]to help players better understand Ezio’s story.
