At the Bari Polyclinic, more teachers than doctors, appeal to the dg: “Researchers cannot provide assistance”

They were hired by the university as researchers. They are doctors, therefore, who, however, do not carry out assistance activities for a very simple reason: for them, at the Polyclinic, there is no place. And so despite doing research or lecturing, they can’t stay in the ward to follow patients. A paradoxical case that was raised in the extraordinary meeting of the Faculty Council of the School of Medicine, held on Friday 10 December.
