Present at the signing were the Prefect of Modena, Dr. Alessandra Camporota, the Provincial Commander of the Guardia di Finanza, Colonel Gianluca Capecci, the General Director of the Modena AUSL, Anna Maria Petrini, and the General Director of the University Hospital of Modena, Claudio Vagnini.

The agreements – expressly contemplated by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 77/2021 – provide for the creation of a periodic information flow by the Health Authorities containing, among others, the summary data of each intervention financed with PNRR resources and the related executive projects with the possibility of reporting the measures and /or the contexts on which it is deemed appropriate to direct any analysis and in-depth activities.

The periodic information flow, which will take place with methods suitable to guarantee the security and protection of data, as required by the Guarantor regarding the communication of information between public entities, aims to prevent and combat episodes of corruption and fraud, as well as to avoid conflicts of interest and the risk of double public financing.
