From what is learned in these hours, a specific Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers is also being studied to make this measure effective.
Sogei and the Ministry of Health together to manage the Green Pass checks for safe return to school
Also for the Privacy Guarantor the control procedure, with some changes, had the tacit feeling of good. For the Guarantor, in fact, the checks must not be ‘individual’ but ‘collective’. Everything is therefore ready to leave with the right foot on September 1st.
The web platform for the Green Pass checks will be developed by Sogei and the Ministry of Health. The IT infrastructure will also have an App that will be made available to school heads to check the validity of employee vaccination certificates. This is the main novelty.
The data on the platform will be in the database 12 hours before the opening of the schools. Basically, the software that manages the application will have the task of cross-referencing the information between the Ministry of Health and those held by the individual schools. In this way it will be immediate to know the health situation of teachers and all school staff, as requested in these days from Government.
The solution to the stalemate that has arisen in recent days is gradually being found. These are hours – at least so the most informed say – in which there are many meetings between the technicians of Education, those of Health and also a team headed by the Privacy Guarantor.

In the meantime, the Privacy Authority conditions the official green light to read the final provision, but an informal ok has already arrived on the basis of the functioning of the mechanism, which provides for a “collective” rather than “individual” verification.
