Bresaola diet to lose weight with taste

by admin

The bresaola it is considered, with good reason, a dried and seasoned unsmoked raw cured meat ideal for one Slimming diet. It is produced with beef. And in fact, 100 grams of bresaola contain only 150 calories. Precisely for this reason it is recommended in many diets because it is a low-calorie food. Bresaola is a typical salami of Valtellina which in 1998 obtained international recognition IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). It is a food that provides us with little fat and a lot of protein, therefore it can become precious in one Slimming diet. It is no coincidence that there is one bresaola diet. This food is also a good source of minerals useful for metabolism, such as zinc, phosphorus, iron, calcium, potassium, and also vitamins, in particular Vitamin E and Vitamin B12. With this diet it is possible to lose a whole size in just two weeks. The fundamental principle of this dietary regime is not to combine it with other foods that always contain proteins of animal origin. The best match we can make is therefore the one with the vegetables because in this way we also promote digestion and keep the metabolism active. The vegetables can be cooked in the oven or steamed or grilled. In a diet of this type, the seasoning must be taken into account: in particular, salt and oil must be reduced, the latter can be alternated with lemon, a citrus fruit that boasts interesting detox and digestive properties. As in many other diets, let’s not forget to drink at least 1.5-2 liters of water a day and to do physical activity as we please to burn excess fat more quickly.

Below we give you an example of weight loss diet with bresaola.
We can start the day with one Breakfast made from a cup of green tea, Greek yogurt and whole grains. TO lunch enjoy wholemeal pasta with tomato and basil, while a price savor the bresaola with rocket and a drizzle of olive oil or even better with lemon. Like snacks we can opt for dried fruit but without exaggerating since it is quite caloric or a seasonal fruit.

There are also many tasty combinations that we can prepare with bresaola, for example with oil, parmesan flakes and rocket for an energetic but low-calorie snack or with asparagus or zucchini or with tomatoes and spinach equally light side dishes.

However, bresaola is quite salty, so it is a diet to avoid for those suffering from high blood pressure and in any case before starting it, as with any other diet, always ask your doctor. Its reduced caloric intake does not make it advisable in pregnancy. It is a diet that is instead suitable for sportsmen because the protein intake favors the development of muscle mass and improves sports performance.
