Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 411,888 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia Romagna, 455 more than yesterday, out of a total of 32,350 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of swabs made since yesterday is 1.4%.
In the meantime, the anti-Covid vaccination campaign continues: at 3 pm a total of 5,855,588 doses were administered; out of the total, 2,709,546 people have completed the vaccination cycle.
The contagion situation in the provinces sees Bologna with 120 new cases, followed by Modena (100) and Piacenza (65); then Rimini (36), Parma (30), Forlì (26), Reggio Emilia (24) and Ravenna (21). Then Cesena (16), Ferrara (10), and finally the Imolese district (7).
The healed are 651 more than yesterday and reach 382,618.
The active cases are 15,901 (-205 compared to yesterday). Of these, people in isolation at home are 15,448 (-189), 97.1% of the total. There are nine deaths: one in the province of Piacenza (a 68-year-old man), one in the province of Reggio Emilia (an 84-year-old woman); one in the province of Modena (a 77-year-old woman); two in the province of Bologna (an 87-year-old woman and an 82-year-old man); two in the province of Forlì-Cesena (both women, aged 59 and 87, who died in Cesena); two in Rimini (an 87-year-old woman and a 79-year-old man). There are no deaths in the provinces of Parma, Ferrara and Ravenna. In total, there have been 13,369 deaths in the region since the beginning of the epidemic. There are 50 patients admitted to intensive care (+1 compared to yesterday), 403 those in the other Covid departments (-17).
On the territory, patients admitted to intensive care are distributed as follows: 3 in Piacenza (number unchanged compared to yesterday); 5 in Parma (unchanged); 2 in Reggio Emilia (+1 compared to yesterday); 10 in Modena (unchanged); 13 in Bologna (unchanged); 1 in Imola (-1); 7 in Ferrara (+1); 1 in Ravenna (unchanged); 2 in Cesena (unchanged); 6 in Rimini (unchanged). No hospitalization in Forlì (like yesterday).
